A toddler who became a viral sensation for his adorable ‘OK’ videos has died in a tragic car accident as his influencer parents battle serious injuries in separate hospitals.
Two-year-old Preston Ordone – known to millions as the ‘Okay Baby’ – suffered fatal injuries when his family’s Ford F-150 truck veered off the road and smashed into a tree in rural Louisiana on April 24.
Louisiana State Police confirmed the devastating news on social media, revealing the crash happened shortly before 11:50am in St. Tammany Parish, approximately 50 miles north of New Orleans.
The toddler’s TikTok star parents, Katelynn and Jaelan Ordone, survived the horrific crash but were rushed to different hospitals with serious injuries.
In a heartbreaking TikTok update, family friend Melanie Matranga confirmed the tragedy. ‘
‘Caitlin, Jaylen and Preston were involved in an accident.’
‘We don’t know all the details yet, but their truck veered to the right off the interstate and struck a tree, and unfortunately, Preston didn’t make it,’ she said in the video.

‘She was at school at the time. She was not in the vehicle.
‘This is the hardest post we could possibly make, finding words is still so hard.. We hope that you can help our family in any way possible in this hard time,’Â she captioned the video on Katelynn’s TikTok account.

The video provided the latest update on the conditions of the parents.
‘Katelynn and Jalen are severely injured. Katelynn has multiple broken bones. She had a very bad concussion. She walked for the first time today.’
‘Jalen had to have emergency surgery on one of his legs. He has rods in them, pins in them. They’re both at different hospitals.’
