Caesars Palace New Colosseum Presidential Villas

  • Caesars Palace just completed two new Colosseum Presidential Villas, located at the top of its Colosseum tower; when booked together, the residences form Las Vegas’s largest suite, boasting 17,000 square feet.
  • The villas are serviced 24/7 by a team of butlers and concierges and feature entertainment and dining rooms, as well as floor-to-ceiling windows with panoramic city views.
  • The resort will also debut a reimagined VIP arrival and check-in experience and a new Omnia Dayclub.

Caesars Palace is kicking off its 60th anniversary celebrations with a bang. The sprawling Las Vegas resort just unveiled two Colosseum Presidential Villas that can connect into a single private residence spanning more than 17,000 square feet.

This top-tier suite—the largest in Las Vegas—is built around privacy and impeccable service that feels closer to a private residence than a hotel showpiece. “I describe it as Caesars having a bit of a renaissance,” says Sean McBurney, Caesars Entertainment’s chief commercial officer and regional vice president.

Set at the apex of the Colosseum tower, the suite offers sweeping, 180-degree views of the Vegas Strip, where sunsets give way to neon. Guests access the villas via a private elevator, where a dedicated concierge team is on hand around the clock to manage arrivals, departures, and requests. At the heart of each villa is the Grand Salon, a unified living and entertaining space anchored by a dramatic double-sided glass fireplace. On one side, a lounge frames sweeping views of Las Vegas Boulevard through floor-to-ceiling windows; on the other, a sculptural bar in dark stone and metal sets the tone for hosting.

Throughout the villas, the design balances opulence with livability. “They’re [the villas] massive,” McBurney adds, “but extremely functional. There’s not a space that doesn’t get used.” He credits designer Peter Silling with insisting on both beauty and utility. The entertainment rooms can serve as places to enjoy cocktails and billiards (both villas feature Steinway & Sons grand pianos), the dining rooms feel cinematic without being too formal, and the bedroom suites favor comfort rather than flashiness.

And while grand villas are nothing new in Las Vegas, service is where Caesars aims to separate itself. Privacy, exclusivity, and anticipation are central to the experience. “If you’re staying here, you don’t need a menu,” McBurney says. “Tell us what you want, and we will cook for you.” The villas are supported by a global butler team available 24/7 across both the Colosseum Presidential Villas and the newly completed Octavius Sky Villas, a collection of 29 suites and multi-bedroom residences occupying the 68th and 69th floors of the Octavius Tower.

McBurney confirmed that the same designer behind the Presidential Villas and Sky Villas is also shaping the forthcoming transformation of the Augustus Tower, along with a reimagined VIP arrival and check-in experience intended to function as a hotel within a hotel. A new Omnia Dayclub is also in the works.
