Having been cast on the steadily gaining exponential traction of a series The White Lotus, Patrick Schwarzenegger speaks of his experiences or his normal, actor’s-son life while growing up in a household where film is knowledge. “Kindergarten Cop was one of my favorite movies growing up“, he says upon being asked if there were any of his father’s movies he had not seen. “He loves saying his one-liner, you know“, he says with a smile, “we do not even ask for it and he screams them out, and I am like, dude, get over yourself,” he says to Josh Horowitz on Happy Sad Confused when asked if Arnold Schwarzenegger randomly drops his one-liners around the house. 

Schwarzenegger expresses how he has not seen Last of Action Heroes, addressing the controversies and big budget claims that have been surrounding it since it release in 1993. Telling Horowitz about how he probably should now that he can, after even his father has asked him to find a way to review the “big disaster but so amazing” of a film that it was. “it was way ahead of its time“, Patrick Schwarzenegger adds by the end of the bit. 

Schwarzenegger has been in the spotlight himself for quite some time after the commencement of the third season of the hit series The White Lotus for varying reasons.

While clearly, Patrick Schwarzenegger keeps a humble and steady head through his days as an actor, his stepping-into-the-screen is not, and has not been met with total kindness. The situation has had to become a push-come-to-shove, and he is addressing his concerns regarding being perceived as a hoarder and denial of the privilege he has been born into, a ‘nepo-baby’ if you may. But Schwarzenegger addresses the claims slightly hesitantly, but head on with the sentiments that despite being the Arnold Schwarzenegger’s son, he is not a stranger to the pain behind the “tens of years of acting classes” and “hundreds of rejected auditions”

Growing up in a household with one of the most successful Hollywood legends has undoubtedly shaped Schwarzenegger’s experiences as both an individual and an actor who is steadily coming up in the industry. The White Lotus actor, despite it all, does not let go of the principle of making it to the top through hard work and aptly acknowledges all of which he has had to do throughout his years as a student in the field, despite the position his parent had been holding.
