Will PCB boycott IND vs PAK match?
Although the PCB is yet to decide on whether or not to boycott India at the T20 World Cup, former Pakistan captain Rashid Latif is confident that the PCB won’t change its tune. If Pakistan forfeits the group-stage match, Latif is certain they’ll even skip the final as well, if both India and Pakistan qualify.

Kishan for Samson
Yuzvendra Chahal thinks Sanju Samson has no one but himself to blame if India drops him in the T20 World Cup. The spinner thinks Samson hasn’t handled the pressure well. Parthiv Patel agrees with Chahal. He reckons Samson should be dropped for Ishan Kishan in Thiruvananthapuram. Furthermore, he wants the latter to be India’s keeper at the ICC event.

Rohit Sharma ‘caps’ record broken
Rohit Sharma is no longer the most capped player in T20I cricket. The former Indian captain had played 159 matches in his 17-year career and bid the format adieu after winning the 2024 T20 World Cup. Ireland’s Paul Stirling has gone past Rohit after playing his 160th match against the UAE in Dubai.
