Timothee Chalamet flashed a pricy piece of jewelry as he attended the AFI Awards Luncheon in Los Angeles on Friday – but his girlfriend Kylie Jenner was no where to be seen.
The 30-year-old actor – who recently made a public declaration of love to the beauty mogul – was stylishly casual as he made an appearance at the star-studded event and mingled with other guests.
While seated at a table inside the Four Seasons Hotel, the star sported a silver Cartier necklace that is estimated to be worth around $36,000.
Chalamet additionally donned a dark gray jacket as well as a gray-striped shirt underneath that was partially unbuttoned at the top.
He held conversations with his Marty Supreme castmate Odessa A’zion as well as the film’s director Josh Safdie.
The event took place only days before the upcoming 83rd Golden Globe Awards on January 11 – where Chalamet has garnered a nomination for Best Actor based on his performance in the sports drama.

In recent Instagram snaps, the Kylie Cosmetics founder was seen wearing a Panthère de Cartier pendant necklace that is priced at $30,500.
She previously showcased the flashy jewelry as well as matching earrings as she gave a recent ‘Christmas recap’ and fans were quick to guess that Chalamet had been the one to gift the pricy items to her.
The TV personality once again donned the necklace as she modeled a gold bikini in sultry poolside selfies last week.
Over the past weekend, the couple made a rare public appearance together as Jenner supported her beau at the 2026 Critics Choice Awards.
Chalamet won the Best Actor gong for his lead role in Marty Supreme – which he emotionally accepted on stage at the ceremony which was held in Santa Monica.
Jenner sat among the A-list guests and other attendees as the Dune actor gave an acceptance speech.
At one point, Chalamet gushed: ‘Thank you to my partner of three years. Thank you for our foundation. I love you. I couldn’t do this without you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.’

He also gave a shout out to the director of Marty Supreme and told Safdie, ‘Thanks for crafting a role and a story.
‘You know, Josh, you made a story about a flawed man with a relatable dream, and you didn’t preach to the audience about what’s right and wrong. I think we should all be telling stories like that. Thank you for this dream.’
Shortly after, psychologist Darren Stanton offered insight into the public declaration to the Daily Mail.
‘In terms of Kylie and Timothee, one of the reasons they’re being very overt with their gestures and declarations of love is something called social proof and relationship validation,’ Stanton said on behalf of Press Box PR.
He added, ‘They’re sending a very clear and direct message to the public that the relationship is real, secure and intentional. It isn’t just for the cameras – they’re in this relationship for the long haul.
‘When people display affection in public, it’s also designed to reduce speculation and discourage trolls or those who may not believe the relationship will last.’
Stanton added that Jenner and Chalamet desire ‘to show off their relationship’ publicly.

‘Timing is very important and they tend to do this when there’s a lot of press and media present, so they get maximum attention.’

Jenner once again supported Chalamet at the Palm Springs Film Festival earlier this month – where he received the Spotlight Actor of the Year award.
The couple were first linked back in 2023 – and were recently embroiled in split rumors which they have since shut down.
Jenner accompanied Chalamet to the Los Angeles premiere of his latest movie Marty Supreme earlier last month in December.
The pair color-coordinated in vibrant orange ensembles as they cozied up on the red carpet together.

He added, ‘The orange might be retired, but let’s see.’ And when the interviewer suggested, ‘So we could get the matching,’ the actor replied, ‘Yeah, yeah, yeah.’
The reality star and Oscar-nominated actor have mainly kept their relationship out of the spotlight – and only one some occasions, the couple have walked the red carpet or attended awards ceremonies together.
