Ingredients for Air Fryer Corn on the Cob

- Fresh Corn: Keep the corn simple and serve it with salted butter, or dress it up with some fresh herbs and spices.
How to Make Air Fryer Corn on the Cob
Once I started making corn in the air fryer, I never looked back. It’s quick, easy, and gives you perfectly tender corn. Frozen corn on the cob works great too, just thaw it or cook it a little longer. Use it in my Crack Corn on the Cob, Corn Salad, Jiffy Corn Casserole, and Grilled Mexican Street Corn.
- Add Olive Oil: Remove the husks and silks, then place the corn in the basket of the air fryer, then rub the olive oil evenly on the corn. Add salt and pepper.
- Air Fry: Cook in the air fryer at 370ºF for 12-15 minutes or until tender.

How to Pick the Perfect Corn
Don’t pull back the husks at the store. It dries out the corn and shortens its shelf life. Instead, look for these signs:
- Silks: Choose corn with brown, slightly sticky silks. Avoid silks that are black, dry, or brittle.
- Husks: Look for bright green husks that wrap tightly around the cob. Skip any with brown spots or small holes.
- Give It a Squeeze: The cob should feel firm, with plump kernels and no gaps or soft spots
Must Have Tools For This Recipe
- Air Fryer:Â Cook the corn in batches, so it has room for the air to circulate.
- Sharp Knife: Use a knife to trim the ends of the corn if it’s too long to fit in your air fryer basket.

- Fridge:Â Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
- Reheat: Place in the microwave or air fryer and heat until warmed through. Alternatively, you can cut the corn off the cob and use it in a cold dish like a salsa or pasta salad.
